ANNOUNCEMENTS Today is an Anchor Day.

Here’s Mr. Malinosky: Here’s a special announcement (Kira) (school psychologist)

From Coach Sam and Coach Curran, Reminder to the girls and boys ultimate frisbee teams: today is the end of season celebration. We will meet on the field immediately after school to have some pizza and play a few ultimate frisbee games. Great job this season for both 8th grade girls and 8th grade boys ultimate teams with a combine record of 10 wins and only 2 losses. Special thanks to Juliet Thorne and Henry Odar who have attended every practice and every game since 6th grade.

From Mr. Malinosky: Second quarter classes will begin today. 6th grade TA students should check your schedules on StudentVue so they know where to report for their Arts & Design classes. Some students will continue going to the same Arts/Design class if it is a semester or year-long course.

From Mrs. Holland Shuford,   For students interested in participating in the TJMS Science Fair in January, but needed support. There will be science fair workshops held on Monday and Wednesday after school in room 268 for November and December. Bring your iPad and any questions about the science fair.

 From Ms. Jenks: Hello, Yellow Jackets! The PTA Reflections contest is back! This year the theme is “I am hopeful because….” Start thinking about how you can express yourself through visual art, literature, music, film, photography, or dance! From Ms. Wall: Study Hall is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school in the Library. If you would like a quiet place to get your homework done before you go home, please come to the Library right after school and sign in.  A teacher will be here to help, and the Library is open until 3:30pm.  You can walk home or get picked up then, or you can then go wait for the late bus in the commons with Mr. Siegel.
