Sports Physicals Required for Participation

The first Girls Basketball game and Wrestling meet will be on Thursday, Jan 22.  The basketball game will be at home, the wrestling meet will be away at Kenmore.  If your student is on the girls basketball team or wrestling team they will not be able to participate if they haven’t had a physical signed by a doctor within the past 14 months.  If your student needs a physical they are available for $25.00 from INOVA urgent care on a walk-in basis.  Just turn the completed, signed physical form advising your student is cleared for sports into the front office.  Follow the link for more information about locations.:​https://www.gohealthuc.com/inova
