From Ms. Washington: Good morning, TJ Students! Are you interested in Chorus, Drama, or Creating Websites/Apps?(Mechanical Engineering and Family & Consumer Science  are now full.)If so, sign up for an ACT II after-school class! Please see Ms. Washington, in office 294, to get a registration form. Registration forms are today, so be sure to stop by!

From Mr. Curran: Due to the bad weather Thursday, 6th grade soccer tryouts will be held again on today on the upper field. Call backs for all grade levels will be held on Tuesday September 9th.

From Coach Sam, The GIRLS ULTIMATE FRISBEE team starts practices today.This is a no cut sports team, all are welcome to join.

From Ms. Riley and Ms. Rosegrant: Don’t forget: fall play auditions are today in the Theatre after school. All students are welcome to audition!See you there!

From Ms. Jenks:  Do you like to knit, crochet, weave, embroider, and create fun things with yarn? Would you like to learn how? Then you should come to Fiber Arts Club! We meet Mondays after school in room 219 (Ms. Leonberger’s room).Our first meeting is today. No experience necessary! Come learn how to make cool things!

From Ms. Egbert: Are you into anime? Do you like reading manga? Want to share your favorite shows with your friends?If so, join Anime Club! We meet on Tuesdays from 2:40 to 3:50 in room 219, Mrs. Leonberger’s science room. Our first meeting is this Tuesday, September 9th.See you there!”

From Ms. Martinez: Calling all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Latinas! Join us in making a difference as we create a safe space to embrace and learn who we are, while building a meaningful sisterhood community. Our first meeting for Latinas Leading Tomorrow will be on Tuesday 9/9 right after school in room 260.Can’t wait to see you, ladies!
