From Coach Leonberger and Coach Vogel: The Tennis season hath begun! 7th grade, your tryouts are TODAY after school. Join us on the courts by 2:45 at the latest. If you are an 8th grader who missed yesterday’s tryout, you can come today. 6th grade tryouts are on Thursday. We have some spare rackets available, but bring your own if you have one. And dress for SPORTS (aka no crocs). See you on the courts!

From Ms. Wall: The Library is closed after school today. From Coach Sam,The GIRLS ULTIMATE FRISBEE team will start practices on Monday September 8th. This is a no cut sports team, all are welcome to join. Our first game will be on September 15th.The BOYS ULTIMATE FRISBEE team will start practices on Tuesday September 30th .

From Ms. Washington: Good morning, TJ Students! Are you interested in Chorus, Drama, Family & Consumer Science, or Creating Websites/Apps? (Mechanical Engineering is now full.) If so, sign up for an ACT II after school class! Please see Ms. Washington, in office 294 to get a registration form. Registration forms are due Monday, September 8, so be sure to stop by soon!

From Ms. Riley and Ms. Rosegrant: Have you always wanted to be on stage under the bright lights of Jefferson Theatre? Come audition for our Fall Play after school on Monday September 8. Auditions are open to all Jefferson students.  We would love to see you there! Pick up an audition packet from Ms.Riley in room 120, Ms.Rosegrant in the library, or the bulletin board in the arts wing.  There will be announcements soon for information about joining the tech crew.

From Ms. Dunbar: Fall Garden Club begins this Friday! We meet right after school outside Door #4 at the picnic table by the Little Blue Shed.Since there are no Friday late buses, you must find your own way home.

From Mr. Curran: Remember that soccer tryouts today are for 7th graders.  6th grade tryouts are Thursday.  Sign up for tryouts in Canvas.
