From Ms. Dunbar:Garden Club returns this week. Ms. Leonberger will be outside with us this week to work on compost, and yes… we still have beans and okra to harvest! We will continue meeting through the month of October. Also from Ms. Dunbar:Reading Buddies will begin on November 7th. This is a Friday afternoon club that runs from early November to early March. We will be reading with Fleet 1st graders again this year. Permission forms will be available in the Library beginning next week. From the Ms. Z in the Library:The first Library Movie Night will be Friday, October 17th after school from 2:45-4:45. We will be watching the new live action How to Train Your Dragon. Please RSVP with Ms. Z in the Library. Remember, there is no late bus on Fridays!
From Mr. Lainez:ETC Devising Hope Club will start on Tuesday, October 21st and End on December 16th, 2025, in Mr. Lainez’ room # 56. We still need 15 students to sign up for this club. Topics include: Friendship, Belonging, and Racial Inequity. The teacher will be Ashley Hammond Managing Director and Educational Theatre Company at ETC Devising Hope. We hope to see you there!
