From Mr. Clark: Good morning Yellow Jackets! The JIBMUN Club participated in yet another Model UN conference this past Saturday at Thomas Edison High School in Alexandria and while our very new team of delegates did not take home any awards, they showed all those schools out there that we have many up-and-coming winners in the MUN world! Congratulations to our new JIBMUN delegates for being risk-takers and communicators, and competing against delegates who were much more experienced than them! Have a great week!
From Ms. Wall: If you have remembered your overdue book and it’s at school, please bring it back to the library today, right after announcements! If you are still reading it, we would love to renew it for you!If you forgot your books today, put a reminder in your iPad or phone right now to put them in your backpack today and bring them tomorrow! From Mr. Appanah: Students: There are a lot of lost clothes, water bottles, and more on the lost and found shelves in the cafeteria. Please come look for and pick up your lost items today!
From your SCA: Starting on Monday December 4 to December 12 we will be selling Candy grams that you get for a friend, teacher, or special someone for a $1 during lunch. You will be able to choose from one of four messages and write your own message too. The candy grams will be delivered on Wednesday, December 20. Our first Jefferson Dance of the school year will be Tuesday, December 19 in the back of the gym from 2:45-4:05pm. We will have food, drinks and music. Dress will causal and will be selling tickets on Thursday and Friday, December 13-14 during lunch for $1 Get a candy gram and buy a ticket to the dance. Thank you!
From Mrs. Holland Shuford, For students interested in participating in the TJMS Science Fair in January, but needed support. There will be science fair workshops held on Monday and Wednesday after school in room 268 for November and December. Bring your iPad and any questions about the science fair.
