From Ms. Dunbar:Garden Club meets today. Please arrive outside by 2:45pm. It will be less muddy if you come THROUGH the garden rather than around it. Hope to see you there.

From Ms. Wall:Two important announcements:First:  All library books are due today.  That includes books that are stamped 5/30/2025 AND books that were due in November or in March.  We really mean it—we need to get stuff back.  If you have your books today, please bring them by.  If they’re at home, put them in your backpack and bring the to us Monday.  Lists will be given to teachers Monday.  Second:  it’s time to apply to join next year’s Jefferson Morning Announcement Team.  This is the only time we accept applications.  Are you interested in helping with the Morning Announcements?  We need interested students to read the announcements on-air and to do tech jobs.  No experience is necessary—we will teach you what you need to know.  Come today and get an application.  Completed applications are due Thursday, June 5th.  Auditions will be held after school on Thursday, June 5th.  Questions? From Mr. Spencer:To mark the end of Mental health awareness month, all students are invited to come dissolve away all of your negativity. Come the table in the cafeteria during your lunch to get rid of any negative things someone has said to you along with your negative thoughts and feelings!

Now here’s a special announcement:  [Ian Aguilar]“Hi, I’m Ian and I’m here to announce that the TJMS GSA’s annual Pride Spirit Week will take place next week, Monday June 2nd to Friday, June 6th. On Monday, wear your pride flag colors! If you’re an ally, wear rainbows. Tuesday is LGBTQ+ Icons Day, dress up as an LGBTQ+ hero or wear clothes that feature them. Wednesday is wear YOUR PRIDE day! On this day, wear something that represents something you are proud of, it can be any part of your identity, like your culture or your favorite sport. Thursday is LGBTQ+ Characters Day, dress up as your favorite LGBTQ+ character or wear something with them on it. And Friday is rainbow day – wear your rainbow gear! Happy (almost) Pride!”
