Today is a B Day!

From Mr. Banach, Ms. T, and Ms. Gomez:All music students who have Rainy Day Fundraisers to turn in, please bring them to Mr. Banach in Room 120 immediately after morning announcements.

From Ms. Wall:Are you interested in being part of the Morning Announcements team next year?  You need to apply *now* for next year!  Come get an application from the Library; completed applications are due next Monday, June 3rd.  Auditions are also Monday after school.   See us in the Library with any questions. Remember:  all Library books are due this Friday, May 31st! We are starting send some students Canvas messages reminders about their books.  If it’s been a while since you’ve looked at your Canvas messages, today’s TA might be a good time to get caught up.  If you see a little number on your Canvas Inbox, you have mail!  Tap and see what important information you’ve been missing!  … And go look for those books!

Here’s a special announcement:(Abi Holly): Hello TJMS.I’m ___.  I just wanted to remind everyone that, according to flag rules,the US flag shall never be flown below other flags.It is disrespectful for the American flag to be flown under other flags according to every military branch’s flag rules.Thanks for listening.

From Ms. Russo:If you have not taken the 1-question Trusted Adult Survey in TA last week, please take it TODAY. We are working toward making TJMS a place where every student feels like they have at least one adult in the building they can talk to if they need to. This information will let us know how close we are to meeting that goal and what work we still need to do.  8th Graders:Don’t know what to wear for the 8th Grade dance or Promotion? Come to Ms. Russo’s office to “shop” from a great selection of formal wear! TODAY, Wednesday, May 29th during TA, lunch or after school.
