From Ms. Detweiler and Ms. Stevens, All NJHS applications are due tomorrow, Friday, May 2nd. They should be turned into Ms. Detweiler’s office, room 221. Thank you. From Ms. Dunbar:Garden Club will meet tomorrow. We have more mulch to move, and lettuces to harvest for AFAC. Hope to see you there!

From Mr. Wintersteen: Chess club will have our final meeting of the year today, Thursday, May 1st, from 2:40-3:45.

From Student Services:”Today is May 1st and we are excited to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health is just as important as physical health. It affects how we think, feel, and handle everyday life. This year’s theme is “Every Story, There’s Strength,” reminding us that everyone’s experiences are important and that there is strength in sharing, listening, and supporting each other.

Hey TJ! This year Thomas Jefferson’s amazing band, orchestra, and chorus students are going to Hershey park to celebrate the great concerts and moments they shared. To raise money we are hosting a bake sale, come outside the 7th grade doors on friday after school and get something. Everything will be 1 or 2 dollars and ALL of it will go to helping students go on the trip. Let’s show our friends we care by buying a treat!

Hi I am Henry an 8th grade SCA Representative. I am here to announce that there will be a chess tournament next week on Thursday. It will be held in the cafeteria please bring a fully charged IPad. Winner will get $30.
