Here’s a special announcement:  [Ms. Taylor] Recognizing the signs of an opioid overdose is critical in saving someone’s life. The signs include small, constricted “pinpoint pupils”, falling asleep or losing consciousness in an unnatural setting, shallow or slowed breathing, gasping for air or sounding as though someone is snoring, cold or clammy skins; blue, gray, or ashen lips.

From Mr. Carter:Math Counts will meet today in Mr Carter’s room. Come for some math puzzles and math games! From Ms. Leonberger:“The TJMS GSA will meet today in room 219 (Ms. Leonberger’s room) after school. All are welcome!”

From Mr. Wintersteen:Chess Club meets today after school, 2:45-3:45.

From Ms. Dunbar:Attention Fall Garden Club Members: TOMORROW we will begin Spring Garden Club! Please plan to join us for some outdoor seed-planting and mulching. The weather is supposed to be 58 degrees, but sunny. So let’s get started!Beware: there are no late buses on Fridays so you must plan your own way home.
