Today is an A Day. From Sra. Ferrara:Join us for Kingdom Talk Club after school today in Room 233.  There will be snacks, movies, and games.   From Dr. Woody-Pope:TJMS Latinas!  On Saturday, February 8th you are invited to participate in a special event at Catholic University designed to inspire and empower young Latinas who might be interested in the field of science, technology, engineering, and math.We would love for students from Thomas Jefferson Middle School to join us in this enriching event.  During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to meet inspiring STEM role models, engage in hands-on engineering projects, and enjoy an interactive art activity.  You will also get a chance to explore Catholic University’s campus located in Washington, DC.Transportation is available.  Please see Ms. Ferrara, Ms. Martinez, ​or Ms. Rodriguez for more information. From Phoenix Bike club: If you got a confirmation email that you are in Phoenix Bike Club, you must attend our first meeting after school today in the theater lobby. This past Saturday at Dorothy Hamm, four of our delegates won awards in their respective communities:Juwana Ibrahim, Genna Divett, and Khalid Yiimer won Verbal Commendation. While Henry Conrad won Honorable Mention in his committee. All our delegates represented TJ exceptionally!Please congratulate these four Yellow Jackets for their outstanding work at another MUN conference!
