ANNOUNCEMENTS Today is a B Day.

Here’s a special announcement: SCA: It’s the last day of Red Ribbon Week and we want to thank you for your participation in supporting healthy, drug free lifestyles. We hope you’ve really thought about the meaning of this year’s theme: Be Kind To Your Mind. Live Drug Free. and how making healthy choices will help you achieve your goals in life – while having fun in the process. We only want the best for you and can’t wait to see what you can achieve.

From Mr. Carter: Math counts competition team will meet today after school in room 255, Mr. Carter’s room. All grades and math abilities welcome.

From Ms. Dunbar, Ms. Waring, and Ms Ayoub: Reading Buddies is back for 2023-24!If you are interested in joining Reading Buddies, please pick up a permission form in the Library. We start our visits to Fleet Elementary First Grade THIS FRIDAY, November 3rd. We MUST have your permission slip in order for you to join us. Permission slips may be returned to the Library during TA all week long.

From Ms. Wall: TAB Club meets tomorrow during lunches.  Want to talk books?  It’s not too late to join!

This year the theme is “I am hopeful because….” Start thinking about how you can express yourself through visual art, literature, music, film, photography, or dance! From Ms. Wall: Study Hall is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school in the Library. If you would like a quiet place to get your homework done before you go home, please come to the Library right after school and sign in.  A teacher will be here to help, and the Library is open until 3:30pm.  You can walk home or get picked up then, or you can then go wait for the late bus in the commons with Mr. Siegel.
