ANNOUNCEMENTS Today is an Anchor Day.

From Ms. Wall and the Morning Announcements team: We wanted to apologize for yesterday’s technical video issues.  A cable broke in our camera. We’ve replaced the cable and are temporarily using an old video camera and should be good now.  Knock on wood….

From Ms. Wall, Ms. Z and Ms. Rosegrant: TAB Club meets today during lunches.  Get your lunch quickly and come up to the Library to share what you’ve been reading.  Bring your lunch and your iPad.  TAB passes should be delivered to your TA this morning.  TA teachers: please give out the passes!

From Ms. Dunbar, Ms. Waring, and Ms Ayoub: Reading Buddies is back for 2023-24!If you are interested in joining Reading Buddies, please pick up a permission form in the Library. We start our visits to Fleet Elementary First Grade THIS FRIDAY, November 3rd. We MUST have your permission slip in order for you to join us. Permission slips may be returned to the Library during TA all week long.

This year the theme is “I am hopeful because….” Start thinking about how you can express yourself through visual art, literature, music, film, photography, or dance! From Ms. Wall: Study Hall is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school in the Library. If you would like a quiet place to get your homework done before you go home, please come to the Library right after school and sign in.  A teacher will be here to help, and the Library is open until 3:30pm.  You can walk home or get picked up then, or you can then go wait for the late bus in the commons with Mr. Siegel.
