Today is an A Day!

From Ms. Wall, Ms. Z, Ms. Rosegrant, and your Reading Teachers: Today is the first day of Jefferson’s Battle of the Books.  Right after the Announcements, stay tuned for book trailers introducing you to the first 8 books.  Then, when the videos are done, please go and vote.  You can find the link in today’s TA Canvas course, as a Canvas message, or by putting your iPad over the QR code at the end of the video. If you can’t watch and vote during TA, use the link in your TA Canvas course to vote before 4pm when voting ends today. Every vote counts.  Every person should log in and pick their own favorites! Tomorrow we will share results from today’s matches…and introduce you to the remaining 8 books!

Here’s a special announcement: Z: Hi, I’m Ziona S: And I’m Sahira Z: For our community project we’re doing a food drive for AFAC. The food drive will be open March 1st to April 5th.S: Our most needed times are canned tuna, canned soups, canned vegetables, canned tomatoes, peanut butter, and cereal. Z: Make sure that the items you donate have labels like low sodium or unsweetened. Z&S:  Thank You!
