- Sweatpants – Black with Yellow ink – $22
- Short-Sleeve T-shirt – Royal Blue with Yellow & White Ink – $14
- Long-Sleeve T-shirt – Royal Blue with Yellow & White Ink – $18
Payments must be turned in with the order form and can be returned to Ms. T in Room 125 (Band Room). Checks should be made payable to Thomas Jefferson Middle School and should have the student’s first and last name written in the memo line of the check.
