ANNOUNCEMENTS

Today is a B Day.

From Ms. Dunbar:This week in Garden Club we will be preparing small packets of pollinator seeds as give-aways for the Harvest Fest Garden Table. We will need lots of tiny fingers to process tiny seeds! Don’t worry, there will still be time to get into the garden for the usual chores and explorations. But we do need your help today after school, by the Little Blue Shed, outside Door #4.

From Ms. Riley:Calling all Yellowjackets who are interested in joining the Tech Crew for the fall play, Shakesplosion. We are looking for a handful of more crew members. If you are interested in joining the Tech Crew, please see Ms. Riley for the application form as soon as possible. Tech Crew applications are due on Monday 10/17. There are only a few spots open so make sure you stick to the deadline. Being organized and responsible are the most important traits for a Tech Crew member!

From Ms. Detweiler:The girls soccer team beat Gunston yesterday, 3-1, proving that yellow jackets are superior to hornets. Yaari parada scored 1 goal, and 6th grader Arceli Paz Soles scored two goals. Defenders amelia gray, Eliza holzbach, wren gabel, and Alex Mooney played the best defense of the season. Congrats to all yellow jackets soccer players!
